Trailer Mounted Thermal Oxidizer for Truck Vapor Control

The Challenge

A truck cleaning operation needed a mobile air pollution control system that could be moved around the facility based on the trucking demands.

The Solution

Epcon delivered the mobile Thermal Oxidizer for Vapor & Odor Control company in California working to equip a tanker truck cleaning application. The 36 foot long trailer mounted Oxidizer system is fully integrated and includes onboard power generation and controls.

The Results

The mobile unit not only gives the facility the flexibility they need, but the self contained unit is also convenient and user friendly.

This is the fifth mobile oxidizer system supplied to this Vapor and Odor control company, adding to the Epcon supplied fleet!

Epcon was able to solve our environmental problems with the Oven and RTO system. Once the system was operating we were able to increase our production by 15% and still meet the stricter emissions limits that were mandated.
